Ryan Ford

Founder & CEO

Ryan Ford is the Founder and CEO of Revolution Hearing, a distinguished provider of groundbreaking hearing healthcare solutions. With an unwavering dedication to transforming the field, Ryan has channeled his profound passion for enhancing patients’ hearing into the establishment of Revolution Hearing. The company’s primary objective is to spearhead a movement in hearing healthcare, advocating for transparency, accessibility, and comprehensive hearing health education for individuals of all ages.

At the core of Ryan’s values lies a deep appreciation for family, which resonates profoundly with the entire Revolution Hearing team. Cheryl L. Barron, Au. D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Cheryl Barron is an audiologist with over 9 years of clinical experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY New Paltz in 2008 and her Doctorate of Audiology degree in 2013. She is a board-certified audiologist and has years of experience working in a variety of settings. She has worked in private practice as well as medical group settings providing comprehensive audiological evaluations and hearing aid evaluations to pediatric through geriatric populations. She enjoys providing her patients with the ability to live their best lives by giving them access to better hearing.

Outside of work, Dr. Barron enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising, and traveling.

Megan Bradshaw

Megan Bradshaw, Au.D., CCC-A, CH-TM

Doctor of Audiology

Megan Bradshaw is an experienced audiologist with over 32 years of experience in hospital and private practice settings. She provides a wide range of hearing healthcare services to individuals of all ages with hearing loss, tinnitus, and sound sensitivity concerns. She specializes in the areas of tinnitus and abnormal auditory perception/decreased sound tolerance including hyperacusis and misophonia. She takes a holistic approach and utilizes TRT (Tinnitus Retraining Therapy). 

Megan earned her master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University and her Au.D. from AT Still University. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a member of the American Academy of Audiology and is licensed by the state of Illinois. She has a certificate of tinnitus management (CH-TM) from the American Board of Audiology (ABA). Megan has presented at universities and national organizations and had the opportunity to present at the International Lyme and Associated Disease Society (ILADS) related to sound sensitivity in 2018 in Chicago. 

Megan has been married for over 29 years to her husband, Doug, who is a minister and director of a homeless organization in Chicago. She has two dynamic young adult children and a rescue dog named Cubby. She has spent time volunteering in youth ministry at two different churches and has enjoyed doing mission trips in the area of audiology and as well as for the church.

Jesse is a second-generation hearing specialist with over 10 years of experience. He started his career in Florida where he grew up and worked for a hearing aid manufacturer. He quickly realized he would rather work directly with patients so he moved to Virginia to work for his father’s hearing practice, which he ended up purchasing. Now, he is excited to have his offices be a part of the Revolution Hearing team!

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Cramer graduated with her Master of Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. In addition to her one-year externship at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL, Dr. Cramer has gained audiological experience through her work at Children’s Hospital, Ochsner Hearing Clinic, and ReSound, a hearing aid manufacturer.

After graduating, Dr. Cramer always desired opening her own private audiology practice. With the assistance of her local New Orleans family, her clinic has steadily grown since 2007.

In August 2020, Dr. Cramer decided to take a step back from seeing patients and focus on the daily operations of the business. She now lives in both St. Louis and New Orleans with her partner, Dr. Russell Pachynski. She has one daughter Hannah, who sometimes serves as a greeter at the clinic and makes the best cup of coffee in the city. In her spare time, Dr. Cramer can be found singing at her church or at Karaoke with Russell and friends. She loves going to concerts and traveling around the world.

Michael Hetrick has been in the hearing industry since 2008. After working in the Home Medical field for many years and finding it difficult to communicate with people who have hearing loss, he decided to move to the hearing industry. Now, he can help the hearing impaired by being an advocate for them while providing unmatched services and hearing solutions at an affordable price. Seeing how hearing aids can improve the quality of life for the people who come into the office and how their communication with friends and family improves is incredibly rewarding for him.

Whether it is traveling, helping his children with the many daily adulting tasks, or just catching up, as a family man, Michael loves spending his time with his wonderful wife and three children.

Chad Huffman is a Nationally Board-Certified hearing specialist, licensed in Indiana and Ohio, with over 20 years of experience in the hearing aid industry. He takes his time with each patient to understand their lifestyle, and together, he will create a plan to best fit their needs. Chad enjoys seeing people get a part of their life back through better hearing. Knowing how important communication is, it’s a joy to see the smiles when someone gets to hear what they have been missing for so long.

When out of the office, Chad enjoys performing in community concert bands, road biking, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Carly Kay Jacobs, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Carly Jacobs earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Minnesota State University-Mankato in 2017. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point/Madison in 2021. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.


During graduate school, Dr. Jacobs completed her clinical rotations with multiple ENT clinics throughout Wisconsin and performed one semester alongside an educational audiologist in the school system. After she graduated, Dr. Jacobs worked at an ENT clinic in Knoxville, TN, before joining the Revolution Hearing team.


Dr. Jacobs was born with hearing loss and always thought highly of her audiologist. She decided to pursue a degree in audiology and has been extremely satisfied with her decision. She enjoys connecting personally with her patients while helping them improve their communication abilities and overall quality of life.


In her free time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys sitting by the beach and traveling to new places.

Amanda King, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Amanda King, Hearing Instrument Specialist, has been in the hearing industry for more than 12 years and specializes in the treatment of hearing loss in adults. Amanda grew up in Suffolk, Virginia and attended Old Dominion University. Her passion for healthy hearing began at a very early age. She was born prematurely, and unbeknownst to her family she couldn’t hear. Thanks to her amazing physicians, Amanda has enjoyed normal hearing for many years. This early experience ignited an interest in Amanda that turned into a passion, and later became her career.

When she isn’t in the office, Amanda enjoys hiking with her husband and their two labs, Timber and Luna. Her other hobbies include long-distance running, calligraphy, and traveling to new places.

Saranne Lentz-Barker at Revolution Hearing

Saranne Lentz-Barker, Au. D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Saranne Lentz-Barker started her career in a medical setting where she could work with hearing aids, cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids, and assisted with intraoperative monitoring; however, she did not feel she was able to give her hearing aid patients the time and attention they deserved. That led her to pursue a private practice that would allow her to focus on the patient’s needs and provide patient-centered care. Dr. Barker believes every patient’s needs are unique and needs a treatment plan that is individualized for them. She works with the patient to develop the plan while incorporating evidence-based best practices, like real ear measurements and treatment validation measures, to guide patients to hear their best. Dr. Barker enjoys working with patients with hearing loss and tinnitus. She has also taken courses in cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation, and Tinnitus Retraining Therapy. Tinnitus research is ongoing, and management options change rapidly. She is constantly learning and looking for the newest options available and evaluating their effectiveness to provide patients with the best opportunities to succeed.

Callie Moran

Callie Moran is currently a fourth year Doctorate of Audiology candidate at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a major in Communication Disorders and a minor in Latin. Callie was born and raised in New Orleans and attended St. Mary’s Dominican Highschool. She is currently engaged to be married in March 2023 and just adopted a puppy named Dash.

Susanne Powers

Susanne T. Powers, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Susanne Powers is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 14 years of experience. She started in the field as a PCC and soon realized that she enjoyed working with patients and helping them. She signed on as an apprentice and became licensed in the state of Massachusetts as a Hearing instrument Specialist. 

Susanne has always had a passion for helping others and finds it amazing to be able to help people hear better. Her favorite aspect of her job is the stories her patients share about hearing things they haven’t heard in years. 

Susanne is also a Certified Reiki Master and Aromatherapist. In her free time, spending time with her three daughters, listening to live music, being outdoors, kayaking, and traveling.

Shelly Rouse, Hearing Instrument Specialist, grew up in Chester, VA and has been working in the hearing care field for almost 10 years. She is licensed in North Carolina, where her career began, as well as in Virginia, where she currently practices. Shelly is dedicated to educating the community about the importance of hearing health, and passionate about helping those with hearing loss improve their quality of life.

Lauren E. Sullivan, Au.D., CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Lauren Sullivan earned her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology from Bloomsburg University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and of the American Academy of Audiology. She holds valuable clinical experience in both ENT and private practice settings and she specializes in adult diagnostics and hearing aids, as well as newborn hearing screenings and vestibular assessments.

Dr. Sullivan is determined to provide the best quality of care to her patients, so they can improve their quality of life through better hearing. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband, spending time with family and friends, going out to restaurants, reading, and watching her favorite TV shows. Dr. Sullivan can’t wait to meet new patients and to start their hearing healthcare journey!

Jennifer Trainham

Jennifer has over ten years of experience evaluating and treating hearing loss. Jennifer’s passion and dedication to help people hear the best they can is a result of experiencing personal challenges with her own hearing loss. Jennifer is continuously seeking knowledge through education, advance training and apply those skills in helping others.

Eleni Zarvos, Au. D.

Eleni Zarvos, Au. D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Eleni Zarvos graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and then went on to earn her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Louisville in 2023. She completed her externship training at Washington University in St. Louis. She is also a Certified Occupation Hearing Conservationist (COHC).

Dr. Zarvos has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, an ENT office, and hospital medical settings. She is well versed in working with adults who are hearing impaired. She decided to pursue audiology because she has always wanted to work in an innovative field where she can make a difference for people in their everyday lives. Now, she enjoys working with individuals and finds value in helping people gain access to communication.

Outside of work, Dr. Zarvos enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, traveling, and exercising.
